Botox® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines.
Botox® Cosmetic Treatment is a relatively quick procedure that requires no downtime or recovery.
The doctor will meet with you for a consultation to discuss your expected outcomes. Pre and post appointment care will be discussed, along with any questions you may have.

Therapeutic Botox®
Migraines
Covered by AHC (Ages 18 - 65) with restrictions including a history of greater than 15 headache days per month. 12 Week Intervals. By Referral Only.
Botox® was approved in 2010 for adults suffering from chronic migraines.
Certain criteria must be met before you can be treated with Botox® for migraines:
- A history of documented migraine headaches
- Migraines that occur 8 times or more per month.
Bruxism (Teeth Grinding)
Not covered by AHC
Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)
Not covered by AHC. Hyperhidrosis occurs in patients unable to obtain sweating relief using antiperspirants. Neuromodulator injections such as Botox® usually reduce hyperhidrosis for an average of 6 months after 1 or 2 treatments.
You may be eligible to consider this as one of your options for treatment.
